Improve service status

Periodically cf push fails often -- and it's difficult to debug why it's failing (whether it's a problem with my code, or with the service)
As late as yesterday I had a problem where doing a cf push on a python runtime failed more than 10 times in a row. I did see a yellow exclamation mark (some issues) on the python runtime in the service status view, however, I can not see any details of what the issues are, so I don't know if they relate to the issues I'm experiencing.
Also, when the issue was "resolved" or at least was no more, there was no indication of what the problem had been in the "news feed".
As someone dependent on the environment, it becomes quite tricky to determine whether I should just retry right away, go for a cup of coffee, or take the day off and hope for better luck tomorrow.
