it is so annoying now cause I can't finish my feedback to helpdesk/support without losing that panel when I need to copy and paste info from dashboard and came back to it.

    Great feedback. We're looking into it now! Will update when we have a plan in place.

    Behavior of the fly-out panel has changed; this requirement is no longer applicable.

    I am going to accept this idea as we are making improvements to the user interface to remove and completely change this behavior.
