When a dedicated region is setup and initially configured, the region is given a *.bluemix.net domain (e.g. acme.bluemix.net).
Dedicated regions should support system domains other than bluemix.net (e.g. apps.acme.com)

Custom domains are part of CFEE going forward.
This feature is incompatible with the planned direction for the next generation of Bluemix Dedicated. We will continue to give customers the ability to customize the endpoints for their applications, but the control-plane through which they access and provision applications, services and other Bluemix resources will remain bluemix.net or cloud.ibm.com
This seems similar to IDEA-I-23 and IDEA-I-34. Should they be consolidated?
What problem would customers solve by having a custom system domain? The system domain ultimately represents the control plane for a Bluemix Dedicated environment - so what real benefit would it provide to a customer to be able to customize this?
