Invite users for Manager Role
Invite user option is not available for the organization manager. If the Bluemix account owner has invited a user or if he is an existing Bluemix user then we can add/remove users in an organization. This is feature request from customer.

Can you please clarify this feature request? Are you asking for the org manager to be able to invite users? That's available today.
Users promoted to Admin, should be able to see the dashboard, not just ability to manage code, but also to add services to the same application.
My team is not able to view application on Dashboard, only in code management.
Only owner can add services.
