This is nothing to do with pricing, but with usage. In the Dashboard (in this case for Speech-to-Text), display the amount used for the month.

The current usage is tracked via dashboard and adding this detail to this panel is currently not a strategic priority.
This is where I imaged a month-to-date total being displayed. I would be nice to have it updated hourly, but daily would be fine
Can you send us a screen shot of which specific dashboard you are talking about? That would really help us assess this feature.
