Report missing link button

Sometimes you get this kind of message when clicking a link in Docs:

Page Not Found
The page you were looking for might have been moved or deleted, and could not be found.
If you still have questions, try the Bluemix Docs search to find information, or visit the Bluemix Developers Community.

How about a button where you can report the missing link? How are you otherwise going to find out what is missing.
