Change name of "create" button on IBM Cloud

In the IBM Cloud there is the button "create" at the bottom right of solutions.

Sometimes when you click on this you get redirected to the page where you can choose what you want and sometimes when you click on it the servers start immediately.

I did start some machines on accident, because of that.
