Confirmation IPL Mode on Cloud COnsole

We can confirm IPL mode on IBM i OS (System Value) and DST/SST.

However it is unable to confirm it on IBM Cloud Console although we can change it.

As we can not confirm it before IPL from shutdown status, It is useful if we can confirm it before IPL via IBM console.
