In firmware update only list firmware that correct for the server type. see number:CS2337266

for dc04pepdas000-004 firmware update listed firmware that is not appropriate for VMware certified servers. Please fix portal so only firmware that applies to the server type is displayed.

dotnet:3.1 runtime for Cloud Functions

Right now, the only dotnet runtime in IBM Cloud Functions is dotnet:2.2, and .NET Core 2.2 is past its EOL. It'd be nice to have the most recent .NET runtime (3.1, which won't be EOL until more than a year from now) added so we can use it.

Change network configuration of the VSI without re-provisioning

In the VSI, it's currently not possible to add or remove network adapters without re-provisioning the VSI. Simple elements such as adding network interface to a new VLAN or changing a network adapter configuration.
