Support context-path routing from the console

Context-path routing is an important feature for internal and external consumers, especially those trying to develop a composite/microservices app.

Cloud Foundry has included support for context-path routing for some time and it would be great to add support from the Bluemix console: https://www.cloudfoundry.org/context-path-routing/

It would be nice to at least show that the route is 'special'...otherwise it can lead to broken features like the 'view app' button taking the user to the top-level domain instead of a specific path
