Include a prerequisites checklist at the start of documents

There is an assumption in docs that the IBM/BlueMix environment is set-up & understood. As a newcommer to the IBM environment, but not unfamiliar with development generally, I notice that docs generally 'assume' the user environment & familiarity is the same as the writers.

Having a simple checklist at the top of each tutorial &/or procedure doc would help ensure documentation could be followed more easily, clearly & successfully.
