Hide the user list view for readonly users

Remove user list view to users who has readonly permission to Org/Space.

Currently for a user who has Auditor permission to org/space , can see all users . Ideally in our case we don't want one customer to know other customers who are part of the org.

    You would need to put customers in different orgs.

    If I push one docker image as user of one organization, how can I share that with the other organizations? Is there a way to do that using blumix registry? Our requirement is we should be able push an image to the registry and customers should be able to pull it.
