Add Language Pack to Windows 2012R2,2016 update server to Bluemix Infrastructure

When you want to add language other than English, you need to ask support for adding language by ticket. This is time consuming both for user and Bluemix Operator.  If language pack is included in Windows update server properly, user can add language without asking by ticket. I guess. So I would like to have this setting for language. The OS is both windows 2012R2 and windows 2016.

    Hello Eric,

Our customer required non-English language, too. Even not include a language pack in VSI images, if you post language pack for Windows server 2016 on WSUS in SoftLayer datacenter, this will help us.

Hello Tomoari - The reason why we don't add additional Language Packs into our Windows 2012, 2012 R2 or 2016 images because  it will increase the size of the VSI images, which means longer provision times for everyone, not just the ones that want the expanded languages.

It helps non-Engilsh users on Windows to reduce their barrier to adopt "cloud", especially for Japanese enterprise customers.
