UI Language Option

Currently UI language is the same as Browser language. This is an issue when I need to have browser in one language (Portuguese) and need to instruct a person in India on Bluemix. My request is to have an UI language option inside Bluemix settings.

I am surprised a so basic feature is not implemented yet.
