Browse files in DIEGO containers

Hi,

in DEA architecture, it was possible to browse the files inside the container through the Web console (in runtime part of the application detailed information). Now in DIEGO architecture, it is replaced by CF SSH feature. However, for security reasons inside BNPP, the SSH flows are not allowed between the users network and the bluemix platform network. Thus, developers cannot browse their files anymore.

Could you reactivate the browse file window in the console.
