Allow Auditors to SSH into Diego cells with read only access
with the implementation of Diego we should be able to SSH as auditors with read only access instead of having developer access and SSHing with root.

This limitation was introduced by CF in the new version deployed in Diego. We recommended working through the CF community to have this accepted. We are happy to work this item back into our roadmap when this feature is accepted and delivered.
