Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and vote them if they matter to you

Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests

The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notifications on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

NOTE: All IBM employees must enter Ideas through this Ideas Portal.

Bluemix Log improvement

It would be nice, from an administrative point of view, to be able to tell when a user had last used the system. 

Since we have a limited number of licenses, it becomes important when I need to remove users who haven't used the system in a while to make room for those who want to use the system now. 

It would also be nice to be able to do the same for orgs and spaces so I can tell which can be cleaned up. But I suppose I could do that by searching each of the users in those org/spaces, but it would be more convenient to be able to do it by org/space. So if the user entries contained the org/space accessed it would kill two birds with one log entry.

    Activity Tracker with LogDNA allows users to capture events from their use of IBM Cloud. the service has many participating services sending events. In cases of user logins and use of services, many of these use cases can be accomplished with event data from IAM. A list of Cloud Services sending events, and the types of events captured can be found here:

    Seems like this would be solved by Activity Tracker, but assigning it to be sure
