PERL is a very powerful and flexible language, excellent for natural language processing, text processing, automation, and much more, and there are lots of developers who use PERL worldwide and would use Bluemix if there is a PERL runtime. I am sure there would be many volunteers to help porting PERL to integrate with many of the APIs in Bluemix.
