bx cli improvement

"bx cf services"  does not have an option to turn off headers in the output,  nor output to json,  as other bx cli commands do.

Currently I have to script the output to remove superfluous information, if I could just ouput json then it would make life easier.

Can it be enhanced to work like "bx cs workers" ?

PARAMETERS:
-s Do not show message of the day or update reminders.
--json Format output in JSON
