"Watch List" in IBM Cloud Servcie Portal

Referencing my ticket CS0033697.  Currently, in a support ticket under "Watch List" the list of people you have added is not shown and this is by design for security reason.  In my opinion, The "watch list" list should be visible for the ticket creator so he/she can be sure the correct people have been added to monitor ticket properly.  Thank you!

    Pauline -- The IBM Cloud Support team is working on several updates, and expects have this request addressed.

    As part of work being done in 2H 2018, we expect:

    - Account owners and/or ticket creators to be able to add Authorized users to the watch list;
    - and be able to view who is on the watch list.

    Hi Pauline,

    Thanks for your feedback on the Watch List behavior. I've walked through the scenario, and can see how making the Watch List visible to ticket creator would be beneficial. I understand there are certain security guideline we need to adhere by, and I am reviewing your request with the support engineering team to understand these guidelines/constraints.

    In the scenario you've shared, the Watch List would be visible to the ticket creator; but don't you expect most tickets to be created by the various orgs that you oversea (i.e. where you won't be the owner...).

    While I am reviewing this requirement with our support engineering team, I'd like to make sure you have the required data for your day-to-day operations. I'll refresh the shared IBM-Ontario Box folder with relevant info.

    Regards,
    Sayeed
