NGINX Ingress Controller ONLY Case Insensitive Paths

Currently, the IBMCloud Kubernetes Ingress Controller does not support ONLY case insensitive paths. It supports case insensitivity with wildcard paths. This makes it impossible to define case-insensitive paths when there are two sub-paths are defined.

It supports:
Ingress path: /service -> resolved: /abc/ServiCE (abc part can be anything)

BUT NOT
Ingress path: /service -> resolved: /ServiCE

In the currently supported method, there can't be two paths:
- /service
- /logs/service

-> the /logs/service will be routed to /service instead

Even though this behaviour would come in handy, the ONLY case-insensitive is also crucial.

NOTE: This is already implemented in the community nginx-ingress :
