Set hard limit on spending per developer or organization or per project or per resource group or per tag

I am using IBM cloud for development.. and have a hard budget Per project or per Team.

I need to limit my developer to spend max certain $$ per month accross all cloud catalog.

if I use more than the budget, i Can not ask more money to pay.

what I need is a feature to set, not only to notify, but also to hard limit.

that way, I can set the budget more flexible per project or per team without worrying they will exceed.

I saw you have https://cloud.ibm.com/billing/spending-notifications

but unfortunately this is notification only, and not covering classic infrastructure

this makes the feature not useful for us.

please help to release this feature asap
