API for submitting new apps in IBM Cloud Partner Center

VMware/Bitnami has a pipeline that automatically builds, test, release and promote applications. This system owns all the publishing metadata.

Currently the process for adding new applications is manual which no only breaks our automated pipeline but it would require us to implement features for retrieving the information to perform the manual publishing.

    This is the feature requested Intel-Vmware team made to IBM that would allow to keep adding new apps to platform - https://ibmcloud.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/IDEA-I-3410. If you could help us in moving it up in IBM Partner Center roadmap, I would appreciate it.
