Rename and delete a space via UI

It should be possible to rename/delete a space via the Dashboard/Web UI.

    This is already possible. Click on "Create a Space" and then in the bottom of the pop-up you will see "Manage Spaces". Select any space and you can rename or delete the space.

    A direct way to get to the same interface is by clicking on the account symbol (top right) and then select "Manage Organizations".
