Recurring error in the calculation of storage extentiosn invoices

We had many issue with invoice calculation for storage increase. => take a look to cases : CS2969717, CS3079502 & CS3050845. We are charged for the initial amount of data, not just for the amount we added. For example, for a 20 TB datastore, if we update it by 1 TB twice, we will be billed for 20 TB, and then 21 TB (modulo the prorata temporis) It's very time consuming to do the appropriate checks with internal teams, then open the file and follow up, etc... The first case has been raised in November 2021 to CBO Financial Support. We got the confirmation of the issue in August (CS2969717), but for now we have no information about a definitive resolution. Can you take this problem into account seriously ? Regards,
