Disable Promotion and Credits View to All Users

Hi, 

All users are able to see Promotions and Credit page by design. IBM should make a permission check, it should be disabled to every single user in the account. All users in the account are not mandatory supposed to view any financial or billing aspect of the account. 

This feature must be dropped or disabled on urgent basis to restrict the any billing or financial view.

    Hi Narender - are you looking to restrict a user's ability to view the Promotions and Credits page, or also the ability to apply a promo to the account? Thank you.
