Enable Billing Data to Reseller Account for Distributor Managed Accounts Under CLI as well

I own a Reseller account account and can see my Distributor Managed (Another Company) accounts under my reseller account as https://cloud.ibm.com/billing/accounts through UI. I want to see this through CLI as well. 

Currently only "account-usage" and "enterprise-usage" and "enterprise-usage -children" are the only sub commands under "ibmcloud billing".

I want to see something for distributor managed accounts as well under my reseller account.
