[ENH] Allow multiple Satellite Connectors and API keys on IBM Satellite Connector Agent config.json file

Currently, IBM Satellite Agent can only be configured to use single unique API key at a time within a single Satellite Windows service.  

Customers using separate IBM Cloud onDemand solutions e.g. IBM Planning Analytics and IBM Cognos Analytics on Demand offering, require to procure separate Windows machine to setup separate IBM Satellite Agents for each offerings.

Previously, customers were able to setup IBM Secure Gateway Agents and be able to define multiple Gateway IDs and Tokens on a single Windows machine.

Requirement to define multiple Satellite Connector IDs and API keys on IBM Satellite Connector Agent config.json file.
