IBM Cloud Monitoring (Sysdig) should be able to have multiple instances open at the same time

IBM Cloud Monitoring (Sysdig) offers a completely broken experience when more than one instance is opened at the same time in the same browser session. This is unworkable for users who have separate monitoring instances per environment.

IBM Cloud support said this is already tracked internally and to open ticket here as well
