Integrate Payment Portal with IBM Login Portal

At present, IBM users are forced to log into an entirely separate payment portal when attempting to remit payment for an invoice:


https://www.ibm.com/support/customer/invoices/welcome


That disconnect doesn't make much sense from a developer's (or customer's) perspective and is at odds with how all other online hosting services accept invoice payments. It would be much more common-sense to allow customers to remit payments directly via the IBM account login portal, rather than having customers view an invoice in the IBM account login portal, but then only be able to pay that invoice by having to log into a separate portal.
