Need the statement of ‘No records’ for report mails, if there are no policy violations

At present, for policy violation report mails, we need to open the zip file attachment and then open the excel file to discover that there are no records in the excel file.

Instead, it would be better to state in the mail itself like ‘No records’, so that we can avoid opening the files.
