WebConsole Cut&Paste - Fix and change request

The cut&paste is a really great improvement that many users were asking for from the beginning of PowerVS.

Fix request:

I have tried to use the VSI WebConsole Cut&Paste feature following the docs using Windows, Linux and MacOS with no success. 
I have also find the docs are describing something different to the actual screen I can see in different regions with different browsers (Dallas and Sao Paulo)
NOTE: I have MacOS in Spanish, but my browser (Firefox) works in English for compatibility.

Improvement request:

The document describes this option needs to operate from the portal. We use  IBM Cloud CLI to get the console URL and avoid the slow navigation on IBM Cloud Portal. 

My request points to add this clipboard option in the frame of the noVNC Web-Console, so the IBM Cloud CLI can provide the URL to the page with the embedded noVNC console and the button to the Clipboad option. If not possible, please, provide a second URL for that clipboard option in a different window (Maybe one with the option launching the noVNC window as a child)
