Dear IBM Automotive Team,

My name is Adalberto Souza, I am an Industrial Electronics Technician with undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering. I am contacting you to present Atlas (Patent Application BR 10 2025 029506 7), a vehicle assistant architecture designed to operate via Edge Computing, complementing IBM's hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Atlas surpasses traditional voice assistants by integrating active safety and local "awareness" for the vehicle:

Safety and Rescue Protocol (Guardian Mode): In the event of an accident or critical anomalies, the system detects the event, automatically requests emergency assistance, and transmits the vehicle's precise geolocation and vital data to emergency services, acting as an active "black box" that saves lives.

Bi-directional Interaction & Copilot: Unlike passive systems, Atlas initiates dialogues proactively. It acts as a true copilot capable of conversing with the driver during idle moments (such as traffic jams) or alerts, processing natural language locally to ensure zero latency.

Deep Telemetry & IoT: The system reads raw data from the CAN bus sensors and translates it into natural language. The car "explains" its own mechanical diagnostics and safety alerts to the driver.

Zero-Touch Interface: Full control of navigation, media, and vehicle systems exclusively by voice, ensuring zero distraction.

Smart Hybrid Connectivity: Operates 100% offline (Edge) but offers full flexibility to fetch cloud data via its own embedded system or through smartphone data routing.

Modular Scalability: The system supports simplified versions focused exclusively on the "Black Box" module and forensic telemetry for accident claims, suitable for fleets and entry-level vehicles.

My goal is to offer Atlas as the mission-critical software running on top of IBM's infrastructure, adding immediate value in safety and innovation for partner automakers.

I would like to know the appropriate channel to submit the technical Executive Summary for evaluation.
