Let IBM Bob licensing, exampla pro version with the base 40 Bobcoins be cumulative. At least up to 200 Bobcoins if coding is on a "lower level" like summer vacations and so on while other months consume more than the 40. This would be an easier approach versus paying for "to much" every month in higher level of Bob.
