SAP does not give the Owner role to a standard user. This is set to a break glass account which is managed by a different team.

Therefore our LoB that uses the Cloud account does not get notifications if IBM support send a notification to "Owners of Account"

SAP would like to be able to configure who should receive these notification. It would be great to be able to add a list of users.
