Make Key Name, Key Description (and optional: Key Ring) editable

We are using Key Protect Dedicated and are missing the ability to edit the Key Name and Key Description after a key has been created. There are valid reasons to update or improve these fields over time, for example to make keys easier to understand and manage for colleagues who access the encryption tool. Currently, this is not possible.

The key ring should also be considered for editing. When systems are restructured for technical or organizational reasons, new key rings may be introduced. In such cases, it should be possible to move keys to a different key ring to reflect the new structure or updated permission concepts.

Example:

In Secrets Manager, the Key Name and Key Description are metadata fields that can be defined. I have encountered several situations where changing the key ring would also have been beneficial, but this is not supported. As a result, a new secret must be created solely to place it in a different key ring, which creates unnecessary overhead. That's why I'm proposing this as well in this idea request for Key Protect.

Would be great if you can provide the functionality in Key Protect shared and dedicated.
