enable object expiration policy configuration from the manager UI - onpremises ICOS

We have some vaults that requires immutability and objects to be expired by ICOS. Even after enabling object expiration on the storage pool and on the vault and configuring the retention, the objects do not expire. IBM said we also need to configure an expiration policy on the vault, but that feature is NOT available on the IBM COS Manager UI used on-premises.
