As HPCS has been deprecated and KPD identified as its replacement, PKCS#11/GREP11 capability and integration with GKLM is required (as was in HPCS)

Client WTW currently uses HPCS and has GKLM and PKCS#11/GREP11 integration as part of their solution for storing encryption keys from their on premises Oracle on IBM Power environment in the HPCS key store in IBM Cloud.  HPCS has been annoucend as being deprecated with all access being removed from early 2027.  KPD was announced as the replacement product, but the KPD product team have advised there is no such capability in the proposed replacement KPD product, (indeed, even PKCS#11 has only just been implemented in KPD 6 months after HPCS deprecation was announced).  This will cause customer satisfaction issue and potential claim, as they had only just rolled out HPCS in their environment when the deprecation was announced.
