Code Engine - Same project "internal" connectivity (system domain mappings)

IBM Cloud - Code Engine Service is our main compute power for a client project (IBM Consultin).

As an initiative to improve network control and security we want to move to only use "Internal" urls (http://[APPLICATION|FUNCTION].[PROJECT_ID].[FUNCTION|SVC].cluster.local). We realize this connectivity isn't allowed therefore blocking our intended approach.

We rely on both:
- Applications for our main workload
- Functions for ephemeral and light workload

We can't connect both without using the "Private" endpoints (Which expose the apps to the main IBM Cloud Backbone; therefore not project segregation, not even Account segregation)

Our ideas is for the Code Engine team to allow the connectivity between the same project / namespace for Code Engine workload (Functions, Jobs, Applications) allowing the client to rely better on Context Base Restrictions and Network for its workload
