Fix Virtual Servers console pages for Safari browser

In Safari (v 9.1.1) on OS X
1) the Overview tab shows several panels overwriting each other so it is unreadable whereas Chrome shows them just fine.
2) The "MEMORY UTILIZATION" and "NETWORK IN (BYTES/SECOND)" panels of the Monitoring tab are scaled incorrectly that no data is visualised or os clipped.
