List existing compute and service items across regions, organizations and spaces

It is surprisingly easy to "lose" a runtime even when organization and space set-up is simple. Make it easier to get a list of all existing compute and service items across all regions, all organizations and all spaces to which I have permissions, listing their status.

It could be on the command line, something like [ec2list](http://www.heystephenwood.com/2014/07/ec2list-quickly-and-easily-list-ec2.html) only for all services, containers, runtimes and virtual machines.
