provide web shell on Console/ACE to let user have the command line power

So, even user had been in console/ACE to handle their bluemix apps / services.

but most time, they also want to install command line tools to use some advanced functions / operations

So, if there is a web shell console had prepared, then that will save a lot time to amaze them.

that the web shell provide the Bluemix CLI SDKs and would other helpful utils

that the google also have a similar one
