Online clients visibility of Bluemix overages

When clients on subscription for Bluemix Public want to monitor their consumption, they only currently can see their monthly consumption but they can't see how many Bluemix credits do they have available and neither they can see their overages until the invoice has arrived.

Please add this to the Bluemix consumption console. Thanks.
