Geolocation based choice of Bluemix region not intuitive

Bluemix seems to automatically choose a Bluemix region (Dallas, London, Sydney) based on geolocating the user. That leads to services possibly not being displayed in the catalog and reactions like "where is all this great stuff you are talking about. It's not in my catalog!"

I think we need to make the user aware at login time what region we chose and allow him/her to override it. It would also help to give users the ability to choose their default region in their account settings.
