New services should not be shown in the service catalog by default

On Bluemix Local, when a new service is installed, ensure that by default the service is not seen in the service catalog by end users until an admin publishes it to orgs/users. This behavior will help with service gouvernance and control.

    I am happy to report that we've added this feature to the Bluemix operational procedure. All new environments will have services show up as default = hidden. This applies to Bluemix Dedicated and Local. If you are one of our early customers and wish to have this change applied to an existing environment, please log a support ticket and we can walk you through the steps needed to change. Thank you
