Catalog templates for Bluemix Organizations

In a Bluemix Dedicated instance, it will be great if there is a way to "templatize" the catalog customization for an organization so that it could be easily replicated across new organizations being created (and then modified to suit individual organizations and / or exported as a template).
The objective is to make it easier to create Organizations with similar custom catalogs. For example, all Organizations related to a particular industry domain could have a base catalog template. Another example could be certain class of projects where a 3rd party service is required - such projects could be part of an Organization with a catalog that exposes this 3rd party service.
