Need the ability to have a ramp period in the cost model to allow for the onboaeding of the initial clients over 60-90 days
having a ramp period that has no or a reduced committed spend is key so that the client to harden the deployment, install tooling and ramp and move over clients without as much risk to the MSP or ISV
