Need for network abstraction capability to extend VLAN across powerVS workspaces

A cross-datacenter Layer 2 extension between powerVS workspaces — or an equivalent network abstraction method that would allow our IBM i workloads to maintain consistent IP addressing and DNS resolution during fail-over, substantially reducing recovery time and operational risk.
