Database for Redis - multiple members in read-only mode

Because our workload is in 95% read-only, and only 5% are writes, we would benefit with different setup - have one member as read/write node, and multiple others as read only - similar what Redis Sentinel is doing.

BM user Password Expiry Policy

Currently Bluemix does not have any password expiry policy. Customer from Finance domain has requested to have a password expiry policy (configurable if possible) for BM users.
