There is a nice Support tab in Bluemix Public that allows us to open, view, update tickets through one portal. In Dedicated we don't have this feature. Would be nice to have it.

Process View for DRs Across NonPROD to PROD

Would like to see a view for all DRs that shows changes that are pending either deployment into NON-PROD or PROD and ability to track through deployments across all instances of our Bluemix. Ex. DR #1 is pending deployment into KP1, KP2, KP3, etc....
